the site. By obtaining a membership, you are being granted only

MEMBERSHIP
FEES
When
you join this site, you will be charged a fee based on the following
three options: 1) $29.95 a month; 2) 69.95 for 3 months; 3)
$99.95 for 6 months. The membership fee is charged on a reoccurring
basis and you shall not be required to manually renew your membership
each month.
AUTOMATIC
RENEWAL/CANCELLATION
Your
membership to TushyLickers.com will continue until you cancel it
or are terminated as a member for violating these terms and
conditions. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must
use the "Cancel" button on our Contact page. Any cancellation
will occur following the previously paid billing period. There
are no refunds of membership fees.
AMENDMENTS
TushyLickers.com
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify
or change any and all parts of these Terms and Conditions without
cause. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon
implementation. Your continued use of TushyLickers.com for which
you have a membership shall constitute your acceptance of any
such changes. If you do not accept any such changes, you should
terminate your membership immediately.
TERMINATION/CANCELLATION
This
site retains the right to terminate any Membership for any reason
at any time. Members of the site may terminate their membership
at any time by contacting customer service.
ACCESS
As
a Member, you are responsible for providing all necessary computer
and communications equipment to gain access to the site.
AGREEMENT
TO VIEW ADULT MATERIAL
The
content of TushyLickers.com is intended for the personal use of
ADULTS ONLY. To obtain a membership, you MUST be at least 18
years old unless you country or state has a different age limit.
You

be limited to an amount equal to any amount actually paid by
you for the month preceding the filing of any complaint.
JURISDICTION
This
Agreement, and any dispute arising from your viewing this site,
will be governed and determined by the laws of New York excluding
any laws that direct the application of another jurisdiction's
law. Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement
(whether contract, tort, or both) will be resolved in the relevant
court having jurisdiction in Brooklyn, New York, and the parties
expressly waive any right they may otherwise have to cause any
such action or proceeding to be brought or tried elsewhere.
SEVERABILITY
Any
provision of this Agreement that in any way contravenes the
law of any state or country in which this Agreement is effective
will, in that state or country, to the extent the law is contravened,
be considered separable and inapplicable and will not affect
any other provision or provisions of this Agreement.
